Display Group is seeking an Event Decor Specialist to join our exciting, growing business! As an Event Decor Specialist, this role will work directly in the fabrication and production for our Custom Decor department. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for their craft.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• In-studio support producing Event Decor deliverables.

• Maintain project event decor standards of quality, timeliness, and decorum at all times; whether client-facing or back of house.

• Oversee and support installation with on-site field team.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Prerequisites: 

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent required

• Previous experience working in the arts preferred, but not required

• Ability to be on your feet for an extended period of time

• Willingness to be flexible and work extra hours, holidays, and weekends as needed

• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get into the details as a team player with a “get things done” proactive attitude
