Our Story
Founded in 1991 by Rick Portwood, Display Group grew from Detroit’s century-old display and design tradition. What began as a focus on retail and exhibit displays has evolved into a full-service event production company with deep roots in creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation.
As client needs expanded, so did we—building a company that could do more than stage an event. Today, Display Group delivers end-to-end solutions that blend artistry, engineering, and technology.
