Display Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our exciting, growing business! This candidate will assist our TSS team in ensuring our events are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and is looking for the opportunity to grow in their role. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Review and verify orders are accurate and complete 
  
• Optimize equipment inventory utilized on orders 
  
• Investigate inventory accuracy and integrity issues 
  
• Manage digital inventory in inventory management system 
  
• Receive and return RPOs to correct job and rental house 
  
• Receive and add PPOs to inventory and add to correct job 
  
• Create RPOs and PPOs for Décor and Audio, Visual, Lighting departments 
  
• Work with dock team on pickup and returns of RPO 
  
• Work in conjunction with TSS manager, warehouse managers, and production managers across the company to ensure accountability and a successful job

Prerequisites: 

• 1-3 years of entertainment industry experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Teams Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Willingness to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get into the details as a team player with a “get things done” proactive attitude
