A Display Booth is meant to present your company information in a way that invites people to come over and see what you are all about! Be unique by adding something that nobody else has, or create a focal point that will entice people to come over and see what your company has to offer them.

Simplicity. People walk around Trade Shows looking for which exhibit to visit next. How do they choose? As they pass by each Display Booth, they take a few seconds to look at/read what your display message says! This places a huge importance on both the design and the graphics used, making it essential to do it just right: add 1 or 2 large photos, your brand/company name, a couple sentences about the company, and a really eye-catching and engaging design.

Be Direct. Be direct and to the point in your displays. Detailed information can be implemented in your marketing materials, such as brochures and pamphlets.

Professionalism. When you choose to create a personalized and/or professional Display Booth, you are letting people know that your business is one that carries authority and can be trusted.

Don’t Forget…
Lighting is a great mood creator and can have quite the powerful impact if used just right. Choosing to hone in on one particular item and using a spotlight to highlight that item is one idea. Or maybe there’s many items to focus on so you can choose a different color for each product. Or maybe you want to push the bar and have your brand projected by lights to show up on the background of your choice; a true eye-catcher!

Trade Show Tips

  • Make sure that your company’s message is first and foremost what people see when they walk by your exhibit.
  • Measure your area to make sure you have enough space for all your material.
  • Play games and give away prizes! An easy and sure fire way to attract visitors to your exhibit.

beaumont table display 289x300 Table Top Trade Show Display for BeaumontWe were recently contacted by the Cardiovascular medicine team at Beaumont to create a table top display showcasing some of the Cardiovascular team’s “Firsts”. Their requirements were for a portable display that could be displayed on a table top for trade shows. They had less than two weeks before their first show for design, creation, and delivery of the display. We used a Nomadic display system with HD graphic panels adding a custom table cloth with the Beaumont logo to tie the display together. Graphic panels on the display are design so they may be updated quickly and easily and the frame has a lifetime guarantee.

Shannon Herrington, CMP of the Cardiovascular Medicine Team at Beaumont had this to say about the display:

“Thanks for all of your efforts on the table top display, it looked awesome. The doctor’s were so impressed, they are going to display it inside the hospital art center all of the time. They love it so much!”

custom desktop display 226x300 How to Pick the Best Portable DisplayPicking the right portable display is crucial to your business, whether it be intended for use in trade shows or smaller industry events. Surveys report that over four out of five people who attend these events have some kind of purchasing power and a trade show display can see between 100 and 200 potential clients per day. That amounts to a large potential for sales, and choosing the right promotions team and display can help any company increase its presence. small portable display 107x300 How to Pick the Best Portable Display

But that presence does not come cheaply. Across the US, the average cost for displays ranges from $100-150/sq. ft. Because it is such a healthy investment, the portable displays we make at Display Group all come with a lifetime guarantee that ensures you do not suffer from any one of the mishaps that can occur on the road. We will sit down with your company and custom design your display, bringing our talent and experience to bear on the project

When it comes to deciding which kind of display to purchase, it is important to anticipate the kind of events it will be used for, the number of individuals who will be traveling with it, and how they will travel. Companies who are unsure how they may want to change their sales and promotions tactics may opt for a modular display, which has the capacity for multiple configurations, dependent upon the event, as well as add-ons that may be purchased in the future.
